UN University -twice yearly internships with The United Nations University Office at the UN, New York. Junior Professional Fellows. The organisation acts as a think tank of and for the UN. Areas of responsibility include Events, Marketing, Policy research and Latin America. You will need to be Masters level plus two UN languages prerably French or Spanish.
