King's College Careers Service subscribes to The Careers Group standard of service.

Access is, however, limited at our term-time satellite office at the Strand campus due to the number of stairs and the listed status of the building. To overcome this, staff are always happy to deliver materials and/or use an alternative venue for quick query consultations to users who experience any difficulties. Likewise, if any user with access difficulties wishes to attend any of our events that are scheduled to take place at the Strand office seminar room, every effort is made to find an alternative and fully accessible venue. The Careers Service also has very close links with the Equality and Diversity department who are always available to arrange specialist equipment, aides, services and alternative formats when a need for them is expressed by users
Our Wednesdays-only satellite office at Guy's campus is also fully accessible with a stairlift available for use on the short flight of steps.
