In-Depth Career Discussion

A one hour in-depth career discussion will help you:

• Evaluate and review your career development to date
• Assess your current situation
• Clarify your career objectives
• Review job-hunting strategies and formulate new ones

This service is available at all college careers services. Normally, students are required to attend a brief discussion before booking an in-depth career discussion. The student will then need to complete a confidential career discussion form. This will allow the careers advisor to gain an understanding of the student's situation prior to the consultation.

Interview Preparation

Interview practice, undertaken individually with a careers advisor, will improve your performance at job interviews and identify areas for further development. The interview is taken under strict test conditions; it provides a very realistic simulation of a real job interview.

This service is available at all college careers services. Before attending interview preparation, students are required to fill out a confidential form. This allows the careers advisor to prepare before the interview.
